Q: Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
A: Our preferred method of payment is is by debit or credit card through Paypal. Only orders within the
Cheques and postal order payments must be received within 7 days after placing your order. After this time, your order will be cancelled unless I hear from you. Please let me know of any problems.
Our payment address will show up on your invoice that is emailed to you when you place your order.

How do you figure shipping costs?
A: Shipping is based on weight in grams. Each item will have the weight listed in the description so you can use our charts to figure postage.
If your order is £41 or more, or if the total weight of your order goes 'off the charts' then you will be invoiced the difference if extra postage is needed for your order. If you ever want a quote before buying, please Contact Us.

How long until my order ships?
A: My Responsibility:
I strive to ship all orders paid online or by postal order within 3-5 working days. Please allow an extra day when this runs into a weekend. For orders paid by cheque, at least 7 days before shipping should be allowed while waiting for your cheque to clear.

Q: Lost Order
I still haven't received my order. What can I do?
A: If you believe your order has been lost in transit, and you feel enough time has passed, be sure to email me about it.
Some of the things you can check first are with your local post office, check for any cards that may have been pushed through the door in your absence, check with a neighbor where your package may have been left with, etc.
Please note that I have to wait 15 days from when I posted your item before I can make a claim with Royal Mail.
Q: Return Policy
What is your return policy?
A: For computer games, if you find an item to be faulty, you may return it for a replacement or store credit. You must first contact us before returning an item.
For all other games, items are sold as is, so no return will be accepted. We will describe each item to the best of our ability so that you have the most accurate description and photos to enable you to make your decision before purchase.
Q: Response Time
I have sent several emails, but have not received an answer!
A: Many people send us several emails a day! As a general rule we read email at least twice daily. If your email arrives after we've finished dealing with email, you may not hear back from us until the next day. So please be patient. We have so much more to do than emails, and so cannot just sit at the computer all day long. We also take occasional days off, usually on a weekend or special holiday. In this case you may not be receiving an answer within a day's time. Email does occasionally get lost in cyber space, so if you have not heard answer back within a few days, then by all means send another.

What is your policy regarding my privacy?
A: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We use Paypal to collect credit card payments, so we never see any credit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
